Alpha Grissin Infotech Ukraine was registered in February 2010. Alpha Grissin and Emerson Network Power (Vertiv) decided to jointly develop their business in Ukraine after many years of successful cooperation in Greece.

We were the first to introduce modular data center solutions in Ukraine. The presentation took place on November 24 at the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv.

The company opened its own demo center in Kyiv showcasing Emerson Network Power solutions. The Liebert GXT3 UPS became the first exhibit.

As part of the development and training program, employees started regularly attending trainings at Emerson Network Power factories and training centers in Italy, as well as at the headquarters of Alpha Grissin SA in Greece.

The company invited top experts from Emerson Network Power to Kyiv for a presentation of a book by Mikhailo Balkarov, renowned specialist in data center cooling system design.

Alpha Grissin Infotech Ukraine presented a new book Electrical Power Supply for Servers and Data Centers by Mykhailo Balkarov at an event called Power Event 2012.

On November 22, Alpha Grissin held another conference, where solutions for monitoring the engineering infrastructure of data centers were presented.

On May 23, Emerson Network Power and Alpha Grissin organized an Open Doors Day as part of the Emerson Open Doors 2013 European tour.

On November 21, Cummins and Alpha Grissin held the Cummins Data Power 2013 conference, where they discussed the DCC classification by Cummins Power Generation, which is used for selecting backup power solutions for data centers.

With the support of Alpha Grissin, the third book by Mikhail Balkarov Engineering Systems of Data Centers was published in Ukraine.

Alpha Grissin Infotech Ukraine was recognized as one of the best distributors in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.

A data center designed according to Tier 3 standard with Alpha Grissin responsible for the development of project documentation and equipment deployment from Emerson Network Power.

Alpha Grissin Infotech Ukraine supplied Cummins backup power generators with a total capacity of 1.675 MW for the data center. The total installed capacity of the data center's guaranteed power supply system reached 5 MW.

Three engineers from the Alpha Grissin Group received certifications from Uptime Institute and joined the elite club of data center designers and planners.

The collaboration of Alpha Grissin S.A. and Emerson Network Power has been ongoing for over 37 years.

In December 2016, investment company Platinum Equity finalized the acquisition of Emerson Network Power for $4 billion. The vendor started operating under the brand name Vertiv.

Alpha Grissin Infotech Ukraine expanded its product range and signed a contract with s Swiss company HUBER+SUHNER, structured cabling producer.

In late May 2018, Vassilis Grissin visited the homeland of his father and the founder of Alpha Grissin company.

Ivan Kutz, the Head of the Monitoring and DC Power Systems Department, passed the exam and obtained the Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) certificate

On July 10, the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant officially received a new safe confinement from Novarka for further operation.
